How long do your candles burn?
Since our candles are made with 100% Coconut Apricot Soy wax, then tend to burn much slower than the average candle made from paraffin wax or paraffin blends. Our 7oz. candles burn 45-50 hours.
What do you use to make your candles?
All of our candles are made with 100% Coconut Apricot Soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, essential oils (sometimes as a base for the fragrance oils) and cotton wicks. All of our candles are hand poured, hand labeled, hand packaged and shipped by us!
What do you use to make your soaps?
All of our soaps are made 100% sulfate-free with shea butter, coconut oil and other skin nourishing ingredients, phthalate-free fragrance oils and essential oils (sometimes as a base for the fragrance oils). (Read the full ingredient list on any of our soap pages!) All of our soaps are hand created, poured, hand labeled, hand packaged and shipped by us!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our location in Newark, NJ. Once shipped, domestic orders can take 1-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail or can be delivered overnight with USPS Priority Mail Express.
International orders can take 7-21 business days with USPS First Class Package International, 6-10 business days with USPS Priority Mail International, and 3-5 business days with USPS Priority Mail Express International.

Am I able to return products?
You may return or exchange most new, unused and unopened items within fourteen (14) days from purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your purchase was damaged during shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All returns and exchanges shall be processed and shipped (if applicable), within three (3) weeks of receipt. Please email email@example.com to begin the return or exchange process.
Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt. Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and for we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges received over fourteen (14) days from purchase, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
